Bait and switch

Very very disappointed. First it says its free. Then it analyzes your data and tells you how many duplicates you have. To get rid of the duplicates you have to pay $3. Once you pay the $3 and attempt the merge it does not work. I am requesting a refund from iTunes.I tried to write a negative report and it kicked me out. This is my 2nd attempt. Not worth the money for sure.
